This is a foundation that gives you a dewy finish this is a great foundation. Wearing this, my skin looks almost flawless. blends well, and doesn't have that "makeup" look to it on my skin (big plus!!!) It evens out my skin tone, but I wouldnt recommend it for oly skin, which I have. If you're looking for a high end foundation and are willing to shell out $50+ get it. I wear the shade Sand.

I got this in Light to Medium and I love the color. It has a little shimmer in it...l I noticed that I have a lot of bronzers with too much shimmer. Summer is over so I wanted to tone down the shimmer! No more looks with the "summer glow". It's a great color, very nicely pigmented. Not orangey and looks very natural and easy to layer for deeper color and it adds a natural glow.

Eyeshadow: Online: You can find great eyeshadow in drugstores, but I find myself wanting to only buy MAC eyeshadows. Because with MAC you know you're going get a great product that's pigmented and you wont be disappointed. Some drugstore eyeshadows just don't cut it. I find that the eyeshadow palettes from Costalscents.com and almost everywhere else (eBay) are really good! You get a lot of shadows for a good price. They have a lot of great colors to choose from! Here are some of my faves.
Lipstick/Gloss: Drugstore: Don't get me wrong I love me some MAC lipstick! But in these tough times I try to find cheaper lipstick/ lipglosses. I realllly love Maybelline's Born With it Color Sensational lipstick!
Foundation/Powder: Department store: I'm always on the hunt for a great foundation! I always find ones that are OKAY, but not ones that I LOVE. The best foundation for me would be MAC studio fix fluid. its the closest my my hard to match complexion. MAC is also a great place to get foundation because you can try before you buy, which you cant really do at a drugstore... well you can buy I always feel like I'm stealing or something LOL

As much as I knew I hated using press on nails, I decided to got them- BAD IDEA! I usually get my nails done at a nail salon, but I've been trying to save money because I want a puppy (like this one) =]
Anyways... I got Kiss nails from CVS for $10, at first I was impressed by the way they looked, very natural which is good. BUT since I do a lot around the house- from cooking, cleaning, laundry etc. and at work I'm constantly putting on and removing latex gloves, found myself re gluing my nails all the freakin time which is a pain in the butt!
So I'm on the hunt for great press on nails that last long (if that even exists)... So I need your help ladies!! Does anyone know of a good brand of press on nails? Or should I just stick to getting them professionally done?

My hubby is from Syria, yes that means he is Arabic lol.. Anyways a family member was going back home to visit family and before she left I asked her to bring me some eyeliner or makeup.. whatever she could find. She just got back and she brought me this powder eyeliner.. I've never seen this before and had no idea how to use it. Has anyone seen or heard of this before??
I figured you need to add some moisture before applying it, so I used my MAC Fix+ and a thin eyeliner brush. This works really well! Its very dark and easy to use.

So I went to Rite Aid CVS and Walgreens this past week to get a few things.
At Rite Aid I got three nail polishes by NYC which is on the list of products for the Glam Bag and they were only .99 cents each. Two Revlon lipsticks which were buy one get one 50% off, a CG lipstick and lipgloss that were BOGO.
At Walgreens I got two Rimmel Lipsticks that were BOGO. I also L'Oreal H.I.P Cream Shadow Paint for $3.19 and a Physichans Formula Pearls of Perfections Bronzer for $3.12. They had these bright orange stickers in front of them with the reduced price... that's why I love Wlagreens!! There's always something new with a price reduction, so go check it out.
At CVS I was going to get Mederma because I heard it was a good primer, but I didn't know it was $27.99! That's just too pricey for a drugstore product, I could just got to MAC and get a real primer for basically the same price. I got Monistat Chafing Gel instead which I heard was also good as primer. It was only $7.99 and seems to work well, my sin has actually cleared a little since using it.
So some tips before you go to one drugstore to get a few products, check the fliers online... See which store has the products you want at the lowest price.
