I've had these things for a while and just tried them out today. Its really difficult to get it on evenly, so I wouldn't use them as a shodow. I tought they would work well as a base, but I had to go over it like 3 times before I got it looking decent. I just use it as a liner for my lower lash line.. the formula kinda sucks and the pencil crumbles when i use it..
