I got the tweezers for $1 (I dont think they're the slant ones from the site) and a shadow palette called The Beauty Encyclopedia $5 .
This palette is great for only $5. the colors are pigmented and very pretty! What a great value!

ELF @ Target!
So I wasn't expecting to see ELF at Target and I was sooo happy. I saw the sign and then looked down and was kind of disappointed. they had a lot of $1 things and tools, lipgloss and eyeshadow. I was expecting to see the great things in the studio line they have on the site. Maybe they'll make a bigger selection later on.

I am heading to my Target to check out the ELF selection here soon also. Had heard about it all over twitter, I hope that I get some good stuff! I did hear that they will be expanding to the mineral and studio lines very soon at Target!! :)
