My teeth are really important to me and I try to keep them looking white and healthy. I feel like if you're teeth are discolored or unhealthy, it can lower your self confidence, I see it all the time. Some people I know are embarrassed about their teeth and I rarely see them smile. The healthier your teeth are, the happier you look because the more you smile! Taking care of your teeth also helps prevent plaque and gingivitis! (YUCK!)
First of all, I try not to drink coffee everyday even though it is hard to stay away since I wake up so early for work! I've started drinking tea more and I'm sure that has contributed to my whiter teeth. If I do drink coffee I chew gum or brush my teeth right after.

I recently went to the Estee Lauder counter at Macy's to get their Double Wear foundation for the first time ( i will do a review in the future). When I told the lady at the counter that I wanted the foundation she told me a should wait until Monday (labor day) to buy it so I could get the gift with purchase. I explained to her that I ran out of my foundation and I needed something ASAP. She told me that she could give me a 10 day sample that would last me until Monday.
